Where can you get advice
on breastfeeding or expressing?
The Australian Breastfeeding
Association (ABA) offers a 24-hour, 7-day week breastfeeding
help line that is answered by trained volunteer counsellors.
Whilst these volunteers are not medical professionals,
they can offer you advice on how to combine breastfeeding
and work.

The ABA also has an Internet
site, which, has some handy hints, and products that can
assist you with combining breastfeeding and work. The address

ABA also has a range of products;
books, booklets and information on breastfeeding and breast
pump hire that is promoted through its "shop from home" service
known as Mother Direct. These products are offered at a
discount rate to those who become members of ABA.
