is to commit a breach of the Trade Mark Act, 1995 and
serious sanctions attach to such breach of that Act.
5.If you are not an employee of the nominated employer,
or cease so to be, then you are required by this licence
to cease accessing and downloading material on the site
and you must delete all copies from storage or memory
in any form and destroy all hard copies of the material
downloaded or copied from this site.
6.Any warranty attaching to this site will, subject
to any statutory obligation to the contrary, ceases upon
your employment being terminated. No warranty attaches
to material accessed by a person who is not an employee.
7.As the site is frequently upgraded and those upgrades
are intended to refine the advice given, you cannot rely
on material lawfully downloaded where reliance arises
